Shipping/Delivery
All items in stock will be shipped within 24 hours and you can expect to receive first class mail orders within a week.
Shipping Charges
As a special welcome to myizzy.com, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all first class USPS mail orders over $30 (shipped in the continental United States).
Shipping charge is $3.00 for orders up to $15.00
Shipping charge is $4.00 for orders $15.01-$30.00

Taxes
All orders shipped in the state of Illinois will be charged the current sales tax rate of 9%.
Gift Wrapping
We offer gift wrapping for the following occasions/themes: Birthdays, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Just Because, Baby Showers, Births, Congratulations.
We can gift wrap your special purchase for just $3.50 per gift. Please add “GIFT WRAP” to your shopping cart as you would any other product. Please write your message or special instructions in the comment section at checkout.
Return Policy
Before placing an order, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We have a limited number of items in stock for each design, so we are not able to guarantee the same item will be available every time you visit our store. We are constantly updating our inventory with the latest trends in the market.

As with all small objects, never leave a young child unattended while using My Izzy products. The components of the products we sell are small and have parts that can be removed. This could potentially become a choking hazard for children. We also recommend that you remove your child’s clips and bow’s before naptime or bedtime. My Izzy accepts no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision while using our products. Please use our products at your own risk.

However, please note that the actual product you receive may differ slightly in color or character than seen on your monitor as there may exist color/clarity differences between one computer to another.
Although we make every effort to keep our site and inventory up to date, we can not guarantee that all items are available at all times. Some items sell out quickly and may be out of stock or on backorder. If this occurs you will be notified. You will not be charged for ordered items that are out of stock.
